Is the plan suitable if my parent already has an NHS GP?
Yes. We complement NHS care by providing more time, continuity and proactive planning. With consent, we share our Action Plan and progress notes with the NHS team.
What if we need more than two follow-up calls?
Extra virtual GP consults can be added at £95 each.
Can multiple family members join the calls?
Absolutely – we encourage relatives and carers to attend so everyone understands the plan.
