Memory assessment, dementia blood screen and ECG.
2. Imaging
Referral for MRI Brain or CTH
3. Further Assessment and Diagnosis
Home Visit for assessment and diagnosis (if appropiate) with these results by Dr Pravin Prabakharan, Older Adult Mental Health Consultant with the results of the blood tests, ECG and MRI scan
Step 4. Referral back to NHS GP and into Local Older Adult Mental Health Team
Once we have the results of these tests your NHS GP can refer to the local older adult mental health team and with a diagnosis you can get more of the support and treatment you need.
